NDRX is token developed on blockchain technology with the following characteristics:

  • Token Symbol: NDRX

  • Total Supply: 8,999,999,999 NDRX

  • Decimals: 18

  • Blockchain Network: Polygon

Terms of Offer

NADIX will offer NDRX tokens to investors through multiple stages:

  • Stage 1: Private Sale (2% of total supply)

  • Stage 2: Presale 3% with 2 rounds (6% of total supply)

  • Stage 3: Public Sale 3% with 6 rounds (18% of total supply)

  • Stage 3: Listing (31% of total supply)

Other Allocations

  • Airdrops : 40 rounds 3% with of total supply

  • Reserve : 40% of total supply will be locked, reused when needed.

Token launch price

  • Initial Token Price: $0.07 per NDRX

Use of Funds

Proceeds raised from the sale of NDRX tokens will be allocated as follows:

  • 60% - Acquisition of commercial real estate assets (Hotels, Villas, rental houses, factories) and facilities focused on 10 locations in Indonesia: Batam, Jakarta, North Sumatra, West Java, Yogyakarta, East Java, Bali, West Nusa Tenggara, East Nusa Tenggara, South Sulawesi.

  • 5% - Marketing and promotion

  • 10% - Operations and financial management

  • 25% - Liquidity and contingency
