NADIX has developed a comprehensive roadmap to guide the project’s development, with both medium and long-term milestones:

• Q1 2025 ( January - Maret ):

  2. Project Team Formation: Formation of a project team consisting of property experts, blockchain experts, and financial experts.

  3. Tokenization Platform Development: Development of a commercial property asset tokenization platform.

• Q2 2025 (April ) :

  1. Private Sale of RWA tokens to selected institutional and individual investors.

  2. Raising funds for the project through a private sale.

  3. Purchase of commercial property with funds raised from the private sale.

• Q3 2025 (May-June) :

  1. Presale: Sale of RWA tokens to a wider audience of individual and institutional investors.

  2. Raising additional funds for the project through the presale.

  3. Purchase of Additional Properties: Purchase of additional commercial properties with funds raised from the presale.

• Q4 2025 (july-desember) :

  1. Public Sale: Sale of RWA tokens to a wider audience of individual and institutional investors.

  2. Raising additional funds for the project through the public sale.

• Q1 2026 (January-March) :

  1. Listing Preparation: Preparation for listing RWA token on crypto exchanges.

  2. Ecosystem Development: Development of RWA token ecosystem by integrating with other platforms.
